The parish of Biestow is 15 km from the Baltic Coast just to the south of Rostock. You'll find our modern country hotel in the idyllic centre of the village, right next to a big stud farm. Built in 1910, the building that is now our hotel restaurant was originally the village school (until 1963). Later it was used as an after-school centre, a laundry store and a storeroom for books, before being converted into an inn in 1994. We opened our country hotel in 2003. It has 17 rooms with all the comforts you would expect to find in a modern hotel, its own sauna area and a conference room. Although it is conveniently only a few kilometres from the city centre and the A20 highway, the quiet location of our hotel is a guarantee for relaxation and recuperation.
