The Casa del Alba is an old traditional house that is more than 200 years old. It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor , with ashlar stone standing out in its structure, preserved in perfect condition to this day.

Attached to the main building there is a lounge multi-purpose attic , where you can carry out different activities, as well as a large landscaped patio, with a porch and direct access to the street.

The complex is equipped with all the necessary amenities such as: hot water, heating, ceramic hob, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, TV, coffee maker, utensils and tableware for 6 people , etc...

All rooms in the house, including the bathrooms, have ventilation and windows to the outside. The heating is gas-oil, distributed by old cast iron radiators, decorated with flowered garlands.

Through the entrance door you access the living-dining room where the kitchen is located (perfectly integrated) with a wooden and wrought-iron counter, a rustic stone fireplace , a toilet, and a double window on the main façade. All decorated with old wooden doors and beams, as well as rustic oak furniture.

From the living-dining room, the wooden staircase with a traditional design leads to a hallway on the upper floor, which gives access to three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and two full bathrooms (one of them shared). Two double rooms and one double , all decorated with antiques and careful details. The bathrooms have been designed with wrought iron furniture, stucco, glass and oak wood, which give the complex greater rusticity.

  The entire coffered ceiling of the roof is with exposed beams, respecting the canons of popular architecture.
