Windows of the studios (ca. 24-30 m² in size) have a view onto the street. All four studios have two beds or a double bed and an extra bed can be placed in them. Non-smoking room is available upon request. All apartments are equipped with:

- TV (international channels)

- DSL connection to your laptop in room

- kitchenette:

- refrigerator

- microwave oven

- toaster

- coffee/tea machine

- pots and pans

- electric hob

- bathroom (WC, shower, hair-dryer).

We supply bed linen, sheets, blankets, towels and toilet-paper. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are available upon request.

The four studios were designed along the same internal architecture principles; so despite the slight differences they mostly offer the same space and comfort.

Tickets for sightseeing tours are also available. A Concert & Media ticket office is located at the ground floor in the building. Refreshing and healing massage is available upon request (8 EUR/30 minutes). Parking is available at a private parking area just a few meters away from the building (ticket is ca. 5 EUR/day).

The person who hands you the keys upon arrival will provide all necessary information regarding your stay in the studio and in Budapest. We hope to make your stay in our city a pleasant and comfortable one.

From April until October the price is 60 EUR/night/apartment (for 1 or 2 persons); from November until March 40 EUR/night/apartment. For long stays we apply individual prices. If you spend minimum 5 nights at us in the summer then the price is 10% lower. Please, go to the prices. All taxes are included in price. Since the place is self-catering breakfast is not included. Payment in cash upon arrival (no cheques or credit cards acceptable).
