Ecoland is a Portuguese enterprise that offers accommodation and hiking activities for discovering the Natural Park of Guadiana Valley in South Alentejo. We would like to propose you our services and discuss what kind of collaboration could be possible between both enterprises.

Our accommodation is classified as Rural Tourism is a Bed & Breakfast located in a small and picturesque village near the Museum Town of Mértola, at 35km from Beja, in south Alentejo. The old house was totally recovered and maintained its traditional architecture. Adorned with colors and simple furniture it became a very coasy place to stay where guest can enjoy a calm and nice atmosphere.

Hiking services are also available for guests that wish to discover the Natural Park of Guadiana Valley with thematic trails, like the “Smugglers Route”, “The Mines of São Domingos” or “Bombeira do Guadiana”. All the hikes are English or French guided.  

Other activities are also possible like canoe trips in the Guadiana river, Btt tours and cultural visits to the region.
