This classic Georgian Home has been beautifully restored by US entertainer Merv Griffin.  So discreet, it is parcelled by ancient trees, rolling countryside, grey stone walls and the Dunkellin River with its two waterfalls.  The 12 Guestrooms reflect the grace and splendour of the eighteenth century,  The domed entrance hall leads to a sumptuous dining room that was the celebrated haunt of Hollywood celebrities.  In bold contrast the elegant drawing room with Chilean Sunburst. A large very comfortable library provides a relaxing retreat with great privacy, while open fires throughout the house contribute to the atmosphere of warmth and serenity.

Horse riding can be provided locally.  There are several golf courses, racing at Galway and hunting (in season) with the Galway Blazers.  Fly-fishing on Loughs Mask and Corrib, sea fishing in Galway Bay and hill walking in Connemara can be arranged.  A wide selection of beauty and massage treatments can be arranged and enjoyed within the comfort and privacy of St. Clerans.

Main Floor:  Drawing Room, dining room and sitting room; Large fully equipped kitchen; Two deluxe bedrooms with queen-size beds and private bathrooms one with sitting room.

First Floor:  Five grand deluxe bedrooms; two king-size, two queen, one twin or king each with fireplace and private bathroom.

Garden Level:  Four deluxe bedrooms- three king one with additional single bedroom, one double-single.  All have private bathrooms and some with private terrace. 

Angelica Suite: A few steps from the main house is a delightful octagonal house which offers privacy and serenity.  Queen-size bed and full bathroom.

Cancellation Conditions:  Any reservation cancelled within 30 days prior to the due date of arrival will be charged for in full, unless the room is re-booked to another guest.  Otherwise all deposits held are refundable in full. Less a 50 euro administration charge.
