Where Anne Frank preceded you

Warnsborn is first mentioned in 1428. But as with many Gelderland castles, the earliest history is unknown. The estate has been a hotel since 1932. Anne Frank stayed there in 1941 and wrote to her grandmother how beautiful she thought it was. And indeed. The 15 rooms in the country house are rustic. The 15 in the coach house are spacious, modern and light.

Exclusive parties are now held in the Orangery with its greenhouses, where orchids and grapes used to grow. Because this Orangery is officially recognized as a 'House of the Municipality', the hotel has two fantastic bridal suites with, among other things, a jacuzzi.

The Serre-Restaurant is praised by culinary connoisseurs from home and abroad.

Groot Warnsborn is nestled in English terraced gardens and 750 hectares of forest. The Veluwe, Arnhem, the Kröller Müller Museum and various golf courses are just a stone's throw away.
