KAVOS PSAROU STUDIOS : A delightful block of apartments at Psarou resort, surrounded by grass, flowers and olive trees. The building is situated just above a pebbly beach and in only 50m there is a sandy beach with shallow waters. The house is new, built in 1999 and it offers 8 studios and 2 apartments all with superb views of the sea from the large balconies. Kavos Psarou Studios is the ideal place for those who are seeking for a tranquil accommodation to relax in privacy and have easy access to a beach. The surrounding typical Mediterranean countryside is a perfect setting for nice and peaceful walks. The resort is not very touristically developed so it keeps a natural unspoilt beauty, Tsilivi is 6km and Alikanas 4km away for those who are seeking for nightlife and other facilities. In 200m distance you can find 2 tavernas and some minimarkets. Biskini family which owns the apartments lives just 25m away and are willing to help you and give you any kind of information. There is also a small children’s playground, outdoor B.B.Q. and a parking area by the apartments. The owners have 2 mountain-bikes, 2 canoes and a boat available without charge, for their guests. THE STUDIOS Kavos Psarou Studios has 4 apartments on the ground floor and 4 on the 1st floor. Studios are suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, they have 2 single beds plus a sofa bed. There is also possibility for a folding bed, on request. The rooms are spacious 32m2 with large balconies. All the rooms have kitchen fully equipped (oven, toaster, coffee machine small fridge) and bathroom with shower. All Studios have satellite T.V. THE APARTMENTS The 2 newly built suites at the attic have superior furnishing. Each apartment has one bedroom with double beds, one sitting room with sofa-beds. Kitchen and bathroom. They are spacious (45m²) and can accommodate 4-5 adults. In the front part there are large balconies with superb sea view. The suites are fully equipped (Oven, Air-Condition, Safe-box, Bigger screen satellite TV etc).
