Just across the German border you'll find vibrant Deusseldorf, Essen and Dortmund, and in 90 car-minutes you can visit the Belgium cities like Liege or Ghent.

THE HOUSE:
*3 Bedrooms- The Joffers', 'The Red Room' and 'The Blue Room' are each individually designed.(2 Double, 1 single).
*Luxurious bathroom with 2 marble sinks, large bath and w.c. Downstairs in the hall you'll find another toilet.
* Sunny and cozy living room, , (kabel-tv, hi-fi, cd, d.v.d. internet) the open fireplace is easily lit.
*Modern Kitchen with all mod cons (combi-oven, oven, dishwasher etc.)
*Lovely Private Garden with 3 patios; the large terrace, the morning patio and the shady sitting area underneath the old oak tree.

The county Limburg is Holland's most Southern Province- a varied, beautiful and most interesting part of the Netherlands. An area for you to explore, to enjoy, and to experience the hospitality of the Southerns!

You find yourself in the heart of the Dutch Rose-culture, and a stone throw away you'll find 5 spectacular nature reserves that offer you a varied landscape through which well signed posted walking- and cycling routes lead you through typical Dutch landscapes, but also through cozy little villages and along the beautiful banks of the river Maas.

Historical and beautiful nearby towns and cities for a day's shopping or for more cultural outings.
