In a quiet neighbourhood, fully furnitured and newly renovated appartment with all the comfort you need for 4 to 5 persons. There is a parking lot in front of the building which can be used by residents / inhabitants. The building also has an elevator.

You have a view over the magnificent dunes and surrounding nature. It is situated at

about 100 m from the beach.

There are lots of watersports accomodations by the beach and the “spuikom”, a nearby lake.

It’s a 10-minute walk from the centrum, there are local stores and a supermarket in the immediate surroundings.

There are lots of sightseeings on walking distance.

There is an easy connection to nearby roads and highways. Also in the immediate surroundings, there is a bus-and tramstop with frequent connections to all other “cities by the sea” and to “Ostend” trainstation.

• Sunny and spacious livingroom with a large sitting area / salon, with sight at the dunes.

      In the living room there is also an extra sleeping couch for two persons.

• Terrace of 6 m in lenghth, accessable thru a door from both livingroom and kitchen.

• Dining area good for 6 adult persons, kiddie seat, cabinets and glass showcase.

• Modern halogen spots in livingroom / dining area and dimlights.

• Fully equiped kitchen with cutlery for 6 / 8 persons and kitchentable good for two persons. All modern appliances are available, like multifunctional oven ( classic, microwave-, hot air oven and grill), quadruple electrical hot plate, smoke inhalor, spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, washing mashine, condens fabric dryer, sandwichmaker, waterboiler, electrical tablegrill, hairdryer, mixer, coffeemaker, ionisation – smokedetector, steaming ironing plate, vacuum cleaner, toaster, ……

• Separate toilet.

• Central hall with possible stock closet for clothing and small objects.
• Bathroom with bath and washbasin (thermostatic faucet).
• Bedroom with large bed for two persons with also a foldable bed for one person and a kiddie – bed available.
• Bicycle storage beside the central entrance of the building ( Bicycle shed in the building ).
• As of 2102, three bicycles are made available to our guests for free.
• These are stored in the bicycle shed and each bicycle has two locks.

• Ordinary weekends from Friday (  6 PM ) up to Sunday ( 6 PM ), 142 EURO / weekend.
• Special weekends, like Easter – first of May – all saints - … ,215 EURO / weekend ( 2 nights ), 279 EURO ( 3 nights ), 350 EURO ( 4 nights ), 420 EURO ( 5 nights ).

• Midweek, non-vacation period ( Monday 10 AM until Friday 2 PM ), 221 EURO.

• Entire week ( Saturday 2 PM up to Saturday 10 AM ), non-vacation period, 316 EURO / week.

• Entire week in easter-, christmas , newyear, …. Season , 422 EURO / week.

• Entire week, 1 July  › 31 August , 503 EURO / week.

• Pets not allowed !

• For an additional  30 EURO there will be bedlinnen ( Pets ) available good for 5 persons

• Cleaning has to be done by the renters.

                If no cleaning has been done by the renters, there will be asked for a 40 EURO fine.

Bedlinen and bedsheets ( towels … ).

You yourself will need to provide hand- and kitchen-towels.

3 quilts ( 2,4 x 2,0 m / 2,0 x 2,0 m / 2,2 x 2,4 m ) for 2-person beds + 1 quilt for a

1-person bed ( 1,4 x 2,0m ) + 1 quilt ( 1,0 x 1,4m ) for a kid-bed are available for free.

By payment of 30 euro’s, matching bedlinen and mattrass canvas can be provided for 5 persons  more information about (Sizes of matrasses, 1 X (1,4 m X 2,0 m ) +1 X (1,6 m X 2,0 m )  + 1 X ( 0,9 m X 2,0 m ) + 1 X ( 0,6 m X 1,2 m )

The sheet-and towel package consists of 2 pieces bedlinen for a two-person bed + 1 piece bedlinen for a one-person bed ( the bedsheets itself for a total of 4 pieces and the pillows with synthetic or fur filling for a total of 13 pieces are available for free ) + 2 bath towels + 4 hand towels + 2 guest towels + 4 washcloths.

• If you place a reservation for an entire week there will be a pre-payment asked of

50%, which has to be payed at least one month prior to renting period.

If you reserve for a weekend, the whole amount has to be payed.

• A guarantee deposit will be asked on account number 001-0974 196-04 ( in favor of

Dirk Danneels ) for an amount of 125 EURO, before or included in the payment of the entire amount .

From this amount, possible damage costs will be taken. If no damage is inflicted, the amount will be deposited back on your bank account.

If for example there is damage assessed or there are lost items, there will be a mutual cost agreement between owner and client.
