Smeaton Farm is a 450 acre working farm situated within the Duchy of Cornwall near to Saltash. It is run by husband and wife team Richard and Sarah Jones.

The farm is ideally located for those wishing to discover this part of Cornwall and offers AA award winning Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast with the option of an evening meal. Guests can enjoy our farm trail, children's play area and picnic area.

A trek around the farm with our resident alpacas including a picnic can even be arranged!

Every year the farm is home to the Amazing Cornish Maize Maze which attracts thousands of visitors from far and wide.
