Leppäniemi Log Cabins offers versatile possibilities for vacationing, relaxation, meetings, and many other occasions.

We are located in the heart of southern Finland in Kanta-Häme, embraced by beautiful forest landscapes and vast lake areas in Hauho. Hauho is conveniently situated halfway between Lahti and Tampere, with a travel time of 35 minutes to Hämeenlinna.

The property features 13 well-equipped log cabins intended for year-round use. There are a total of 120 accommodation spaces. All of the holiday cottages in the area are made on-site according to the drawings created by the host. The cozy and idyllic holiday homes range from cabins for couples and small families to a massive log castle for large groups.

Leppäniemi Log Cabins is located by the clear and exceptionally clean Iso-Roine lake. Iso-Roine is one of Finland's deepest lakes, and its fish stock includes, among others, whitefish, trout, vendace, zander, bream, pike, and perch, as well as an excellent crayfish population. Therefore, recreational use of the waters is diverse, and you can head out onto the lake by rowboat, motorboat, or even a multi-purpose raft.

The area has extensive and good mushroom and berry picking forests, as well as other activity opportunities. Leppäniemi also hosts a privately-owned 7-hectare nature reserve established in 1948. In the old-growth forest, you can admire untouched nature with its diverse flora and fauna.
