The cottages at Marina Holyder are on the shores of Lac du Der, the second tourist destination in the Marne. Lake Der is the largest artificial lake in Europe and the Holyder Marina is at the center of many tourist and leisure activities. For example, hiking, cycling (cycle path around the lake in particular) or Solex, tree climbing, mini-golf, water sports and activities, geocaching, horse riding, museums, stud farms, tourist circuits, bird watching (more than 300 espères), rental of sailing boats, speedboats, electric boats, pedal boats, stand up paddles, windsurfing, boat rides, casino, restaurants, merry-go-round for children, adventure club etc. In addition, the Holyder Marina offers direct access to the beach (no road to cross) and to a picnic area and games for children. The beach is supervised in summer.

In the reception building of the Holyde Marina there is a jacuzzi and a free indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam. The reception also offers a snack bar and catering on request, a bakery service, free WIFI, a bicycle rental service and soon a ticket service.

The cottages are all independent and on private land: you are at home. You have the comfort of a 2 * tourist residence, a living room with digital television, a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, 3 * compartment, dishwasher, microwave oven. The cottages have 1 to 3 bedrooms depending on the model and all the living rooms are equipped with a sofa bed allowing a double bed. Depending on the model, these cottages can accommodate 2 to 8 people.

For large families or cousins, it is possible to book several cottages and benefit from a room to meet and enjoy the "home" catering. The site is ideal for weddings and souvenir photographs at the Marina or at the beach.
