Three generations have contributed to the conception of what our hostelry is today.

The company was created by the grandparents of the current owners in 1941 as a food establishment where people from all corners, both famous and ordinary, would come.

Being located in a privileged place, next to the Central Market and just steps away from the beautiful Plaza Mayor

of Salamanca, Hostería Casa Vallejo has always aimed to make the public feel at home.

Mr. Sagrario and Mr. Eduardo, the parents of the current owners, nurtured their business to serve their clientele and added a Guest House to the food establishment, which is the root of what is today our current hospitality establishment.

It combines accommodation and dining services, now renovated. Respecting both the spirit of the business and the architectural structures of the old building dating back to the 19th century, of which the lintel of its former entrance has been preserved.
