The apartment is located on the ground floor in a building with an access code. Its capacity is 4 people. In 2013 we completely renovated and decorated the room for a more modern and sleek look.
It has a surface of 55 sqm composed of:

- One bedroom with a large double bed 160 x 200 cm. (With TV)

- A sleeping area with a sofa bed 160 x 200 cm, easy opening.

- A fully equipped kitchen with dining area: hob, toaster, cookware, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, crockery and cutlery .

- A living room with 4 seats with TV space.

- A bathroom with hydromassage shower with a basin and a toilet. (With hairdryer)

A wifi internet access is available as well as a wired network RJ45. Linen, bed linen, towels are provided.
