'T Hof Ter Wallen is near the bicycle hub 51 that connects the Hageland Haspengauw and connected with the nodes 187 and 82. A series of cycle routes are in the range, including the Ijzerenwegroute with starting point "finning" (33km Tienen, Diest 46 km or 79 km in total), Blossom Road (Haspengouw Cycle Network - 36 km) and the Hageland orchard road (44 km).
The Two Getenroute (33 km) through the valley of the Little and Big Gete. Situated on the Kleine Gete Zoutleeuw.
Bicycles can be rented at the Provincial Estate "finning", the largest natural lake in Flanders.
Walking is seen in Hageland Haspengouw and the Getevallei.
The tourist office of Zoutleeuw brought the walking brochure "Getevallei walking network" with the description of 13 trails, free to use during the walk.
City Walks
- Veste Walk (4 km) - walk along the remains of the medieval ramparts of Zoutleeuw;
- Bethania- walk (6 km) - along the remains of the Bethaniaklooster (nunnery from the 15th century) and the Bethaniakapel;
- The fins (5.5 km) - a walk around the lake in "finning".

The Viskot- Terhagenwandeling (12 km) and the Halewijn Walk (13 km) as starting point the Grand Place.
Sights
The Saint Leonard's Church with its tower Sacrament (an impressive white stone tabernacle in a tower 18 meters high and has nine floors contain approximately 200 images with scenes from the Old and New Testaments.
The Historic City Hall, the 'Council House', built between 1530 and 1538 in a mixed Gothic- Renaissance style.
The Hall beside the town hall reflects the prosperous Zoutleeuw in the Middle Ages as a trading center.
