The history of this restaurant began to be written many years ago, back in 1972.
It was when I started taking my first knowledge at the Hospitality school and working, uninterruptedly, in several provinces, such as Palma de Mallorca, Castellón, Alicante, a year in Switzerland and finally in Almería.
The latter is undoubtedly where I have concentrated the last few years. It has been here in the city of Vera where the greatest successes and recognitions have also come. This restaurant has the backing of the experience of all of us who work there and in particular those of us who direct the destinations, we have all been there for enough years to provide a familiar, personal, different, professional service... something of which there is little left. .
