The entire basement floor is newly renovated with floor heating in all rooms and has its own entrance.
The room has a normal ceiling height (2.40 m) and is quite bright as it faces south and out towards the garden.
The room is 18 m2 and contains a double bed (160 x 200), wardrobe, small dining table with two chairs, TV, radio and wireless Internet. In addition, there is a bookcase with a wide selection of subjects and fiction as well as a number of common board games, eg. Matador, Ludo and chess. The walls are decorated with pictures by Ulf Røll Larsen.
In the basement there is a lovely bathroom with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, toilet and washbasin.
In addition, there is a combined kitchen / laundry room, where you can make tea and coffee. There is of course also both a refrigerator and a freezer.
