Our holiday region, the Bavarian Forest Nature Park in the Sonnenwald region, is large and diverse. There is something for every family member to enjoy! Whether horses, golf courses, nature or sights!

We can offer you happiness on horseback or a romantic carriage ride through the idyllic landscape. The main hiking trails of the border triangle lead through our area: No. 5 / 7 and 8. There are also three wonderful circular tours for trail riders .
One of the largest equestrian meetings in Eastern Bavaria, namely the Hundinger Gold Mining Festival , takes place very close to us every year. From the star ride to the horse blessing and overnight stay in the Tippi or hobbyist camp and of course the care of the horse and rider, everything is on offer there.

The new public and freely accessible Feng Shui spa park with pavilion, course lake, organ and chakra path, Celtic house and various themed gardens, as well as an orchard and wild herb meadow , a natural play area and barbecue area in Lalling or the orchard adventure garden in Panholling are an oasis for all the senses. We regularly offer guided tours.

But we also have a lot to offer for sports fans: hang gliding at Büchelstein, Nordic walking in Grattersdorf, 18-hole golf course and "health trail" on the Rusel, playing tennis, mountain biking, etc. We have excellent thermals here for paragliders and balloonists. Due to our "peripheral location" on the border of three districts, you also have the leisure and cultural offerings of three district capitals.
