We rent our Vacation all year round, as the island in spring, autumn and winter has a special charm.

Our house USEDOM with two modern apartments is newly built. You live in a separate semi-detached house. In the 65 m² 3 bedroom apartment, you will find: 1 living room, full kitchen facilities, dining table, refrigerator, electric stove - microwave, coffee maker, etc., 2 separate bedrooms with 2 beds, shower and toilet.

The living room is furnished with sofas, TV, radio. The apartment can be occupied by 4 persons + 1 extra bed.

From the large living room you enter directly the private terrace, a large, beautifully landscaped garden follows. For relaxation and physical well-being you will find garden furniture and 1 charcoal grill available. The parking lot for your car is on our property. For the duration of your stay, we offer you the free use of 2 bikes.
