. Arrival and Departure

2nd payment

The deposit is returned within 14 days of the rental period.

3 Key collection

House key can be picked up before the above times and also outside the agent's office.

4 Move

Occupancy shall not take place on the date specified in the contract. Whether the key is handed over and the house if necessary. remains unused occupation must not happen before the contract that date.

5 Technical installations

The agency does not guarantee the operation of technical equipment and installations. 6 Cleaning

House 70 sqm - 99 sqm = 450 DKK

House 100 sqm - 130 sqm = 500 DKK

Spa House = 500 DKK

7 Energy surcharge

In addition to the rent paid for power with £ 2.25/Kwh and water consumption by £ 25/m3.
