Our kitchen
Not surprisingly, we offer a wide range of traditional Greek cuisine and a selection of International dishes. Using only the finest ingredients and freshest produce, we have always endeavored to ensure that our food is of the highest quality whilst, at the same time, being imaginative in both preparation and presentation.
We are renowned for our choice of fresh fish and our flambé specialties. Also, if there is a particular dish you would like but cannot see on our menu, please ask and, with 24 hours notice, we will be more than pleased to prepare it for you. We generally open at 11 in the morning and remain open until late.

Being originally from Elounda, I have the best relationship with local suppliers and the knowledge to prepare all of my dishes in true Cretan style.
As well as many Greek dishes on my menu, I also wish to share with you some original Cretan specialties . Pre-book your goat or rabbit, cooked the same way my great grandmother used to.
In the mood for something different, try the steak flambé, something I personally enjoy, because lets be honest, everybody likes a good steak.
If fish or seafood is what you are looking for, let me assure you, you will not find fresher. Whether its grilled octopus or fried calamari or a simple grilled fish, I use only the best.
For something you will only get from a true Cretan, try the fish “Salamura”, an ancient Cretan fish recipe.
