How to reach us on the street :

The Tölzer Land is between the A95 and A8 motorways with the federal road 472 as the east-west connection:

A 95:
To the northern Tölzer Land you come on the highway A 95 (Munich - Garmisch-Partenkirchen) over the exit Wolfratshausen.

The southern Tölzer Land can be reached via the Sindelsdorf or Kochel-Murnau exits on the A95.

A 8:
On the Munich-Salzburg route, the fastest route in Holzkirchen branches off from the A8 motorway (continue on federal highway 13).

Or take the exit Sauerlach into the northern Tölzer Land.

B 472:
Our main connection to the east-west is the federal highway 472. This connects the motorway junctions Sindelsdorf (A 95) west and Irschenberg (A 8) east of the Tölzer Land.

Around 500 villages, grouped together in three cities and 18 municipalities, in a 1,111 sq km area - this is the "Tölzer Land", the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen.

Bad Tölz is located in the middle Isar Valley, at the entrance to the Isarwinkel, from where you have a magnificent view of the Bavarian and North Tyrolean Limestone Alps.

There is our lovingly run house. We offer beautiful 1- to 3-bed rooms with shower or bath / WC, cable TV, telephone and mostly with balcony or terrace await you.

Our house is located just 5 minutes walk from the adventure and leisure Alpamare, the spa, the beautiful old town of Bad Tölz and the romantic Isarauen.

The room price includes a rich breakfast buffet - for cyclists, hikers and "Fit for life" fans as well as for connoisseurs.

We have a heart for children. Single travelers or families with children are welcome guests.

If you want to take your dog with you on the journey no problem. The four-legged friends are welcome.

Our group special: every 21st person and the bus driver stay for free.
