Superior Independent Villas with private Pools
In a beautiful , serene and natural environment, with olive trees, Cypress trees, banana and pine trees, and bougainvilleas, a mere 200 metres from the sea, we have created our four Superior independent luxurious villas to complement the "Alegria Villas" Complex.
They have private swimming pools, and are of extremely superior standards. They have been built of stone and designed in traditional Zakynthian architecture, but with hi tech amenities and can accommodate 2-10 guests.
They have their own swimming pools, parking and private gardens measuring approximately 800 meters which have barbecues and playgrounds for children. The main living area has one double bedroom ,living room with fireplace (sleeps 1 guest) and satellite television, bathroom, kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and all other necessary electrical equipment. They also have attics which is basically a cozy - superb sleeping area for 3 people.
Three of them have a lower den which can only be described as a superb relaxation area. It is 70 sq. meters and is made up of a living area (sleeps 2 people), a double bedroom with Jacuzzi, bathroom, kitchen area, washing machine etc..etc..!
The use of local traditional materials such as stone, timber, bricks and other ecological materials produced on the island and also the exquisite interior decoration has been successful in creating an extremely relaxing haven.
From the verandas the view is also exquisite. Olive groves, the never-ending Ionian Sea and last but not least, the sands that host the famous Carretta-Carretta turtles. The beach is only 5min. walking (150-200m) from the Complex.
Alternatively there is,of course, your own personal swimming pool and garden.
Our 3 Superior private Villas with three bedrooms, villas "Irida", "Melissanthi", "Olivia" and the 2 bedrooms Villa "Daphne" have been designed to meet all the demands, necessities and requirements of a family - comfort, relaxation and privacy.

The new villas are situated in the same grounds, (6,000 sq.m.) a beautiful, tranquil, natural environment with Olive Groves, Pine , Cypress and Banana trees and Bougainvillea next to the sea. They are on ground floor level with basement and totally independent. They have been built with traditional Zakynthian architecture in stone (all materials are ecological) but with modern equipment. They also consist of private parking , an 800 sq. m. garden, private swimming pool, barbecue and an ecological playground for the children. They have a capacity of at least 2 persons to 10 and consist of bedrooms, living rooms with fireplace, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary electrical appliances. There is also satellite TV, air conditioning in all rooms and free Wi-Fi. In one of the Bedrooms in all of the the 3 bedrooms villas there is a SPA (Jacuzzi) for you to enjoy!!
The verandas overlook the olive groves and the sea which is the domain of the famous sea-turtle Caretta-Caretta. The four new homes "Iris", "Melissa", "Olivia" and "Daphne" have been created to meet the needs of even the most demanding families.

75 percent of the booking is invoiced.
- For cancellation by at the latest 31 days before arrival by 23:59 o’clock:
50 percent of the booking is invoiced.
- For cancellation by at the latest 30 days before arrival by 23:59 o’clock:
100 percent of the booking is invoiced.
