The apartment consists of a living room with 1 sofa bed (1.35), a kitchenette and a room with a bunk bed, as well as 1 full bathroom, so it can accommodate 4 people. Additional services include heating and television.
The apartment is located in the lower-middle area of the Sierra Nevada ski resort, about 50 meters from the Monachil hotel, below the first stop of the chairlift-parador to go down to the Plaza de Andalucía or go up to the upper area, where the Rumaykiyya hotel is located. About 300 m away from the Plaza de Andalucía.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible. We get your ski passes at a discount and offer discounted ski lessons and ski pass and equipment rentals. We are located in an area with bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price (an extra supplement). A parking space can be offered with an extra payment, upon request and depending on availability. We offer our clients more apartments in the same building. Pets can be allowed upon request.

*Additional people to those included in the reservation are prohibited at the property (in the case of additional people, an extra supplement will be paid).
*Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
*Failure to comply with these rules will result in non-refund of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation.
*Please note that the property must be clean and tidy at the time of departure, especially with regards to dishes (which must be washed and put back in their place) and garbage (which must be taken out and deposited in the nearest container). If this is not the case, there will be an additional cleaning charge.

50 percent of the booking is invoiced.
- For cancellation by at the latest 15 days before arrival by 23:59 o’clock:
100 percent of the booking is invoiced.
