Our property has an area of 2500m2 and consists of a guest house with two apartments with 10 beds each and an old forge building that serves as a recreation and sports building.
There is parking for our guests on the fenced property, and the entire area is monitored and illuminated by the lights of the illuminated house and the illuminated forge building.
The hostel consists of two two-storey and independent identical apartments (with an independent entrance) of approx. 110 m2 each, each of which can accommodate up to 10 people, and with an extra bed - with a pneumatic sofa for up to 12 people. The whole house can accommodate 20 - 24 people.
The apartments consist of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room with a traditional wood fireplace. From the bedroom balcony there is a beautiful view of the entire Mazurski Raj property, the lake and the forests on the opposite shore of the lake.
Each of the apartments is luxuriously equipped with new and modern household appliances and electronics. The standard equipment includes a 50″ Full HD SMART or multimedia TV, DVD player with discs, CD player, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, 4-burner stove with oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, hair dryer, hairdryer. washing. There are sets of plates, cutlery, pots, as well as glass and porcelain dishes such as glasses, cups, glasses, beer mugs.
The price of the stay includes towels, soap, hair shampoo, dishwasher cubes, toilet paper and dishwasher cubes.
Our property is located directly on the Czarna Kuta lake. The lake is a zone of silence and the view in 3/4 is on the forest surrounding the lake. We have our own coastline with a length of almost 100 m and it is only 20 m from the entrance to the house. There is a small beach, swings for children, a fishing pier, a terrace on the water of the lake, and a rowing boat with life jackets in all sizes is also available to our guests. A barbecue or a place for a bonfire is located just a few meters from the lake shore.
Guests can also use deckchairs, balls, bats, Nordic Walking sticks, etc. free of charge. Bicycles are available on request and for a fee of PLN 25 per day, which must be booked before arrival.
On our property there is also an old and original Masurian forge building, which after renovation serves as a recreational and sports facility for our guests.
In the forge there is a large 60m2 room where you can exercise at the gym, play table football, play darts or play computer games. A treat for music lovers - there is an original German piano from 1928*!

In Kuty and in its vicinity, there are charming lakes: Czarna Kuta (Kuty), Głęboka Kuta (Przytuły), Krzywa Kuta (Jakunówko) and Biała Kuta (in the heart of the surrounding forests).
Right behind the village of Kuty, there is the Piłackie Wzgórza reserve, almost bordering on the Borecka Forest; we have a distance of 3 km to Himmler's bunkers, 14 km to the bison habitat, 15 km to the port in Sztynort, etc.
