These terms and conditions apply to contracts on the transfer of the apartment Tonbachstr. 84, 72270 Baiersbronn, Apartment No. 13 (Waldblick), House 1, 1st floor / Apartment No. 97 (Tonbachblick) House 3, 3rd floor of the landlady Renate Ahlf.

2. Conclusion of contract
By written confirmation of the landlord, an accommodation contract has come about. This also applies to electronic booking. This means that even if the system notifies you for your desired period of time> FREE <or> AVAILABLE <, you must wait for written confirmation from the accommodation provider.
Contractual partners are Mrs. Renate Ahlf as landlord and the respective guest.
3.1. Price calculation
The prices are final prices. This includes ancillary costs for electricity, heating, water; as well as the cost of the final cleaning.
The city tax of currently € 2.60 per person / night is payable separately.
Upon conclusion of the contract, the total amount for the holiday apartment is due. Exceptions are bookings that are longer than 3 months before departure. For these bookings, a down payment of 20% is due. If the total amount or down payment is not paid on time, the Lessor is not required to maintain the reservation. After receipt of the total amount / down payment a payment confirmation will be sent by mail / email.
Without full payment of the rental price / down payment you are not entitled to delivery of rental documents. The Lessor also has a special right of withdrawal if payment is not made on time, see Section 8.
Decisive for the calculation are basically the prices announced by us until our booking confirmation.
5. Deposit (deposit)
The landlady makes the lease of the holiday apartment from a security deposit of € 100.00 (one hundred) dependent. The deposit must be credited to the account of the lessor up to one day before arrival or is payable in cash on the day of arrival. Until the deposit has been paid, the landlady can refuse access to the holiday apartment. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
The landlady reserves the right to double the deposit for bookings over Christmas and the New Year.
For stays longer than 3 weeks, the deposit may be charged per week.
6. Provision of the holiday apartment
6.1. Entry and exit
Unless otherwise agreed, the holiday apartment is available from 16:00. On the day of departure, the holiday apartment must be vacated by 10 clock.
Check-in: 16:00 to 18:00
Check-out: 08:00 to 10:00
The arrival must be done by 18 clock. Please make sure that you arrive within the given time. The landlord assumes no liability for the fact that you get in late arrival in the apartment.
The number of persons stated in the holiday apartment may not be exceeded. Surplus persons may reject the landlord or terminate the contract without notice. In addition, the lessor reserves the right to charge an additional user fee for the surplus persons.
In the event of culpable damage to the holiday apartment, the property or the community facilities by the guest, the landlady may - in his own name-
Pets are not allowed. In all other cases, it requires our prior written consent. Otherwise, the lessor has the right to terminate the contract without notice.
7. Resignation by the customer
If the reservation of the apartment is not used due to no-show or cancellation, the lessor is entitled to charge cancellation or cancellation costs. The reason of the prevention is not important here.
It applies § 537 BGB. The cancellation or cancellation costs are calculated from the agreed apartment price minus any saved expenses which the lessor has due to non-utilization. If a re-letting should come about, the cancellation or cancellation costs are reduced by the payments received through the re-letting. "
More than 3 months before departure: there are no cancellation fees
3 months to 1 month before departure: 40% of the booking value
1 month to 1 week before departure: 70% of the booking value
The last week before arrival: 90% of the booking value
In case of no-show, 90% of the booking value will be charged
In case of early departure you pay the entire booking value
8. Resignation and termination by the landlord
The landlord may withdraw from the contract without notice if you do not pay the deposit within 5 days from delivery of the booking confirmation or the balance or in case of short-term bookings the total amount in due time. This includes the timely payment of the deposit.
10. Invalidity of individual provisions
The invalidity of individual provisions of the contract does not result in the ineffectiveness of the entire contract.
