The impressive mountain backdrop, the diverse leisure activities in summer and winter, as well as the favorable geographical location to Salzburg and Bad Reichenhall characterize the town of Schönau am Königssee. Your holiday destination is in spa district 1, on the outskirts, nestled between forests and meadows.

The topographical nature of the property is divided into 1/3 of the main property, meadow slopes and 2.4 hectares of mixed mountain forest on a total of 25,942 square meters, in a secluded location. The foundation walls of the Rosenleite main house are around 300 years old. At the turn of the century the house was expanded by adding more floors. In 1969 the building received its current form through renovation. The country house character has always been preserved in the style of the good old days. In October 2012, the Rosenleite was connected to the canal, the drinking water supply was renewed, and electricity, broadband cables and telecommunications lines were laid underground. The Waldesruh holiday apartment is located in the country house and has a quiet, sunny terrace for sole use. The outbuilding, built in 1868, is constructed of wood using shingle technology and is affectionately known as the Knusperhäuschen. Here you will find the Hänsel holiday apartments on the ground floor and the Gretl holiday apartments on the upper floor.
