Braefield Guest House
Braefield is a lovely Victorian Guest House with magnificent views over Portpatrick Harbour. It is only 100 yards from golf, fishing, bowls, restaurants and other attractions. You can enjoy the scenic walks along the clifftops or visit the nearby Logan Botanical Gardens, one of many gardens in the area. The Southern Upland Way starts just about 100 yards from our front door.
Portpatrick was the filming location for Two Thousand Acres of Sky on BBC 1. The island scenes were filmed down the coast at Port Logan, about 10 miles to the south.
The accommodation comprises 3 Double, 2 Twins, 1 Single and 1 Family bedrooms, all rooms being centrally-heated and having colour TV, Tea and Coffee making facilities. Most rooms are en-suite. There is plenty of Private Parking for residents in the grounds of the house. The Residents' lounge has its own TV, board games, with tea and coffee facilities to hand.
