... to Schloss Hornberg, the castle in Hornberg, which is romantically situated in a beautiful park and towers above the valley of the river Gutach in the heart of the Black Forest. Enjoy the ambience of our castle. Be enchanted by the unique view, the heavenly peace and the cuisine of our castle.

Experience a little journey in time covering 900 years of history while enjoying our legendary medieval meal. Descend to another time through our rocky grotto. Dine and feast for once as the knights of the Round Table used to do. Experience the way of life and tradition of this glorious time together while street performers and fire-eaters heat up the castellan’s cellar. Each first Saturday in the month, or on individual request, we will organise the medieval banquet of Schloss Hornberg for you.

Discover the beautiful countryside around Hornberg. Sights and attractions, such as the Triberg water falls, the Vogtsbauernhöfe (an open-air farm museum), Europapark Rust (the renowned leisure park) and the cathedrals of Freiburg or Strasburg are in close proximity.
