The EMAJ - Boutique Hotel was created after the acquisition and restoration of a historic architectural icon of Guimarães, the building of Banco Nacional Ultramarino – national bank, having been preserved interior and exterior details, in order to be transformed into Charming hotel, synonym for luxury, relax and comfort, in a town where you can breathe history and culture. Our Hotel is located in Largo do Toural, the heart of the city and only a few meters from the historical center of Guimarães - World Heritage of UNESCO and the European Capital of Culture in 2012 - a place full of attractions to discover.
