La Demeure Saint Louis is located a 5-minute walk from the City of Carcassonne and the city center. Its construction dates from 1850 .

This is a residence steeped in history in this Trivalle district. For almost a hundred years, the premises were owned by the “LAUER” brewing family.

In this residential building, built next to the brewery, part of it was used for the commercial department and the shipping of "FRITZ LAUER" beer . The last brewer of the family , Ernest Lauer, lived there when
the entire neighborhood was dedicated to the brewery.

Two years of renovation were necessary to give a soul back to this place, and to our greatest pleasure it opens its doors to a public in love with the past, charm and well-being.
