The Blacksmiths Arms
The Blacksmith Arms at Everton is a genuine, 17th century free house at the heart of the village of Everton. The area is popular with ramblers. The drinking area includes the snug the bar with its log burner and settle. Duck under the old beam between the bar and the games room with dart board and pool table.
It is claimed that the beam started as an acorn in Sherwood Forest, was then made into the crossbeam of a sailing ship before returnig to Nottinghamshire to its present location..The lounge with its beamed ceilings and nooks and crannies serves
Puts an emphasis on home cooked meals. Presently open on Friday Saturday and Sunday. Friendly and helpful staff ensure we maintain our motto of being a friendly local where quality and service come as standard.
