Beautifully situated in a magnificent mountain setting at the south end of lake Ullswater and close to the foot of Helvellyn, we are ideally located for exploring not only all of the Lake District but also the lovely Eden Valley and the Solway and South Cumbria coasts.  Our comfortable well equipped apartments and cottages accommodate two to six are in our own gardens and grounds all have lake and/or mountain views and are maintained by ourselves.We are half a mile from both Glenridding and Patterdale where you will find shops, pubs, boating and tennis.
