Household:
There is no final cleaning fee but the apartments must be properly maintained by the tenants during their stay and returned in perfect condition, this is guaranteed by the payment of a deposit.
Possibility to pay the final cleaning: T1 = 30 €; T2 = 40 €; T3 = 50 €
Washing:
Towels and bedding are not provided.
The rental is possible, subject to availability, on request at the time of booking or, at the latest, one week before arrival (Attention: + 5 € per person in case of request less than a week). Price per rental or per change: Bed linen: 1 double bed = € 20, 1 small bed = € 12; Towels (1 large and 1 small) = 10 €.
Supplements:
Cot rental = 16 € / week. Highchair = 16 € / week // Small pets allowed = 20 € / week
