- 5 rooms on the ground floor, with the possibility of 2 single beds or 1 double, with a full bathroom with hairdryer, television, piped music and a terrace with views towards the Añisclo Canyon.

- 7 rooms on the upper floor, wooden attic, with television and piped music, a full bathroom with hairdryer and views, 4 of them to the Añisclo Canyon, and the other 3 to the town of Nerin.

- 1 superior room in the upper part of the Hotel Palazio, equipped with double bed, whirlpool tub, double sink in the bathroom, hairdryer, piped music, mini-bar, 32-inch LCD TV, and DVD.
