is a detached house pleasantly positioned on the outskirts of the town. It has splendid panoramic views of the unspoilt countryside.

The town centre is about half a mile away and in the other direction a bridleway leads down to the beach at North Sands. The accommodation has been completely refurbished and is suitable for 2 families.

It has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are ensuite.  2 double, 1 single, 1 bunks, 1 single with extra pull out single.

Large lounge, new kitchen with all mod cons, separate Utility room, downstairs cloakroom and toilet

Dine either in kitchen or the large (heated) conservatory. Private patio at the back. 

A tarmac driveway provides off-road parking for two or three cars. There is a secluded back garden and patios on two levels.
