Reitschule Am Schloss 4 01328 Dresden OT Schönfeld Tel. 0351 2682006 Play and lunge group for children from 3 on Mondays and Thursdays our youngest meet in the tried and tested way to learn how to handle horses properly in a group (children need children!). The ponies correspond to the height of a child, promote trust and curb carelessness and exaggerated expectations. The core of this afternoon with grooming, leading (!!!!!), riding and role-playing games is about 30 minutes of intensive training on the lunge with vaulting belt, later in the saddle. Light to moderately difficult gymnastics and dexterity as well as simple perception exercises help to develop the basics for a later good feeling in all saddles and also on the bare horse. Beginners and advanced Perfect, faster, higher? Adult beginners often have it a bit more difficult, but if you can sit hands-free without falling off or in the back of your horse, you can take the reins and try the first steps on your own. It will soon be possible to go off-road on calm, traffic-accustomed horses (for those who are anxious, on the lead reins). A good mental preparation, the right way to deal with fear and high spirits as well as a targeted approach to physical problems are taken very seriously. The aim of this basic training is safe, fearless cross-country riding, if you are interested, with the completion of a first small cross-country test, the VFD rider's pass. conventional tournament sport is not our declared goal, whereby no upper limits are to be drawn, rather lower ones. Powerfulness and exaggerated ambition at the expense of the horse as a leisure partner are anathema to all real horse lovers. Confidence and harmony in the saddle, on a classical basis (we find the great models in Vienna, Saumur..... without claiming their level and perfection.....the path is the goal.) -without riding principles (English-, western, gaited, spanish, ranch or whatever else is in fashion) can be realized as a specialization for everyone today. Riding is on the way to becoming a national sport. There is only one solid way of riding: anatomically, physiologically and psychologically correct - so easy and often so difficult to do? If you pursue your hobby with appropriate seriousness while having fun, you will very quickly find out how horse works, for example in order to be able to take part in hiking and hunting trips, tricky horseman games, pageants or tournaments, and to become a responsible, versatile and responsible rider. Ponies, Haflingers and Warmblood horses are available as teaching horses.
