It is a listed modernist house in the urban center of the municipality of Caldes d'Estrac (Barcelona), located on the second line of the sea.

The restoration, which began in 2004, has been respectful of the original structures (facade, porticoes, windows, stairs, ceilings...) while incorporating some functional innovations (sinks in the rooms, air conditioning, heating...).

By redefining the interior space while preserving the originality of its elements, it is given a pleasant ambient warmth.
