Chalet near the sea in El Palmar only for families and couples, located in an area considered one of the most virgin in the province of Cádiz, the chalet guarantees maximum privacy and tranquility for an unforgettable vacation. The holiday house consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace; a dining room; a very well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities; 3 bedrooms (2 with 1 double bed each and 1 with 1 single bed), as well as 1 large bathroom, so it can accommodate 6 people. Additional services include: washing machine and television.
In the outdoor area of the property, you will find an open terrace where you can spend hours relaxing with your loved ones. Additionally, there is a beautiful covered dining room outside, where you can dine together at the long table overlooking the garden. Prepare a delicious barbecue dinner with local ingredients and enjoy it in one of the several outdoor dining areas this property has to offer.
The beautiful coast of the region, with beaches such as Playa El Palmar, one of the best beaches in Andalusia. It is a beautiful and enormous beach of fine golden sand, 8 kilometers long, and an average width of 80 meters, with extraordinary conditions for surfing, bodyboarding, and different adventure sports. Its waters are very clean and shallow so they invite you to swim and make it an ideal beach for children. This beautiful beach awaits your visit about 8 minutes walk from its main door.
Although there are no urbanizations, El Palmar has many services such as small shops, as well as lifeguards, security and cleaning services. You can also find outdoor parking. For its services and the quality of its beach, El Palmar has the Q for Tourist Quality awarded by the Institute for Spanish Tourist Quality.

*Additional people other than those included in the reservation are prohibited from entering the property. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed. Failure to comply with these rules will result in non-refund of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation.*
Please note that the property must be clean and tidy at the time of departure, especially with regards to dishes (which must be washed and put back in their place) and rubbish (which must be taken out). If this is not the case, there will be an additional cleaning charge.
Children under 5 years old can stay free with existing beds.
